I love to eat and try to make every meal a dining experience. Whether haute cuisine, a diner, or a fast food restaurant, I take my time (a notoriously slow eater) to savor and appreciate that particular food experience for all it has to offer. As part of documenting this journey, I started photographing my dining experiences; this section of the ThirdAct.Vision site will provide a “food diary” of notable stops as I explore the culinary experiences in the various places I visit. I can’t share the taste of these experiences, but maybe they will inspire you to visit one of these restaurants, to find a similar restaurant in your home city, or to create the experience at home for yourself!
